conda create -n myenv python=3.6

Note:- Activate Virtual Environment using following Command
conda activate myenv.

Install dlib using following Command
conda install -c conda-forge dlib

Install face-recognition using following Command
conda install face-recognition

If you get following ERROR then Use Below Mentioned Command to Install face-recognition.

pip install face-recognition
