
Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS is an error many people are facing while installing Docker on Window 10.
Now, this error basically comes when the virtualization is disabled in BIOS.
So we will see here how to enable virtualization so that “Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS” error can be fixed.
Let’s Start

First we have to enter in BIOS Setup.
I’m having Hp laptop so in my case I entered into BIOS Setup by pressing esc key while startup i.e. by interrupting startup.
Entering In BIOS Setup are different for different PCs. So check entering in BIOS for your device and then start. Some of the Links are provided below:-

Once you enter in BIOS Setup you will see Main screen switch to System Configuration screen as shown below:-
Use arrow keys to Switch Menu (Select Menu)

By Default Virtualization Technology or Virtualization will be Disabled.
Use arrow keys to Move Up and Down (Select Item).
Once selected press Enter (Select). A small blue box will appear as shown below:-

Use arrow keys to Move Up and Down (Select Item) to Select Enabled and press Enter (Select).
Virtualization Technology or Virtualization is Enabled Now.

Once Virtualization Technology or Virtualization is Enabled Press F10 to Save the Change and Exit BIOS Setup.

If Yes selected press Enter(Select) to Exit Saving Changes.
Done.
Virtualization will the Enabled Now & You won’t be getting “Hardware assisted virtualization and data execution protection must be enabled in the BIOS” error again.
